Shipping Policy

We deliver across Lebanon with cash on delivery.

Delivery time
Orders arrive within 3 to 4 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day. You'll receive a WhatsApp message from us once your order is on its way.

Delivery areas
We deliver to all areas of Lebanon, including Beirut, Mount Lebanon, the North, the South, and the Bekaa.

Payment
Payment is collected in cash by the courier when your order is delivered. You pay nothing before it reaches you, and you can check the package is correct before handing over payment.

Delivery charges

A delivery fee of $X is added at checkout.

If you're not available
If you can't be reached at delivery, our courier will attempt to contact you on the number you provided and reschedule. Orders that can't be delivered after two attempts are returned to us and cancelled.
